Relationships are hard. Whether it is with our partner, parents, children, or friends; it can be challenging. You bring your own "stuff" into your relationships and many times you don't realize it or know why. Why do I take my anger out on my family? Why can't I trust my partner? Why am I so anxious? Why are we always fighting? These are some of the questions you may be asking yourself, yet you don't have the answers. You can bridge the gap between understanding yourself and improving your relationships.
Looking deeper into ourselves to better understand what we do and why we do it, improves our self awareness and our relationships. I focus on the "space" between oneself and those we include in our lives. Working together, we explore what makes you, you. We discover the "why."

I provide individual therapy, psychological, educational, and neuropsychological testing. I specialize in psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy and work with adults of all ages and adolescents with many different psychological issues including; relationship issues, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, transitions in life, and traumatic experiences.
